Quick Makeup Look

Hey everybody,
Today I am going to show you how to do a quick make-up look that I do if I'm in a hurry and don't want to wear a lot of make-up, hope you like it and lets get started...

After I have washed my face and moisturised, I will go in with my concealer on my dark circles and if I have any breakouts. You could always apply some foundation before this if you wanted a bit more coverage.

Next I set my base with powder, this powder has a very light coverage so it is perfect to just brush on for a really natural look, and to prevent shine.

Next I apply my Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade to my eyebrows to fill them in and give them some shape, a quicker way would be to use a eyebrow pencil or if you are happy with your brows you can skip onto the next step.

To set my eyebrows I use the Maybelline Brow Drama. It adds a tint of colour but I mainly use it to keep my brows in shape all day.

When I am in a rush I don't usually wear eyeshadow so I just curl my eyelashes and apply mascara to give them some volume and length.

Finally I usually want to look like I took some time on my make-up, so I use a lipliner and lipgloss to add a bit of colour to my lips.

This is the finished look! I hoped you liked my post and I will see you next time, comment below how long you like to take on your make-up! xo

5 Beauty Products that I Couldn't Live Without

Hey everyone!

Today I am going to show you the products/items that I could not see myself without. I thought this would be a really fun post to do and you can tell me what products you can't live without in the comments! Lets get started...

As I suffer from really dry lips this stuff is a lifesaver! It takes off the dead skin without being too harsh on your lips, and with an added bonus... It tastes so good! I would definitely recommend a lip scrub if you have dry lips and if you are on a budget you can use an old toothbrush to brush off the dead skin.

My next product links in with my previous one, I hate it when my lips are dry! I don't like the way it looks when lipstick is applied, so if I get the dead skin off and apply this my lips are silky smooth! It also makes a great base for lipstick.

Eyebrows, I can't not have eyebrows! Without filling in my eyebrows, they are sparse and thin, I just can't deal with them! That's why this product has made it onto my list, it is so easy to use and it fills in my eyebrows so well.

I have really bad dark circles, and I get the odd breakout, so concealer is a must. I use the Maybelline Fit Me first and then the Benefit Boi-ing on top for full coverage.

Lastly, I couldn't live without my eyelash curlers! Sometimes if I'm popping out quickly I will curl my lashes and skip mascara and it still gives the illusion of longer lashes without that much effort.

Battle of the Primers | Facefinity vs Baby Skin

Hello Everybody,
Today I am going to compare 2 face primers, the Max Factor Facefinity and the Maybelline Baby Skin. Recently I have been really into primers, I have realised what a difference it make in the wear of my make-up. These are 2 of my favourite primers and they are both drugstore so they are easy to get access to.

Maybelline Baby Skin
This is a pore erasing primer, it has a very silky feel and smooths out the face nicely. However I wouldn't say it filled in all my pores but it gives a smooth base for foundation. The price is also reasonable for £7.99 it is more affordable than other primers on the market. I would say it was perfect for somebody on a budget or someone wanting to try a new primer!

Max Factor Facefinity
This is one of my newer purchases and I have been testing it out all week for college to see if it increases in longevity of my make-up and it has impressed me! It keeps my make-up on all day and with the added bonus of SPF 20 its a win win situation. I prefer the feel of this on my face, its a lot lighter than the Baby Skin but it isn't as silky.

Overall, I think I prefer the Facefinity but if you are someone who struggles with pores then you might want to try out the Baby Skin. The Facefinity works better on my skin type and I believe that it keeps my make-up on longer than the Baby Skin. Thank you for reading and I will see you next time!
